When you purchase an offer successfully then you can't cancel this order. It is a rechargeable product, so we have no Cancellation system.

But if for any reason it is not possible to provide the desired offer to the number provided by the customer, then the customer will get the refund in the account. Customers can use that money to purchase any other offer if they want.
